In the spirit of no longer putting off things to better myself, I’m committing to a personal challenge next month:

#WalkADayInMay

Exactly what it says on the tin; weather permitting, I’m walking every day. I’ll be tracking total distance covered for the month, along with my start and end weights. And of course, posting weekly updates for accountability and motivation. Perhaps I’ll even stop to smell the proverbial roses, and snap some photos while afoot.
